Our Team

Ally Gunduz is a native New Yorker with 35 years of proven excellence in international trade, economic and business development. Her career is marked by working globally for the government agencies of four countries.

Ally served with distinction as Trade Commissioner for the Swiss Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the Consulate General of Switzerland in New York and then became the first Global Business Director of the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce. Her innovative program with ten countries caught the eye of the Office of the Governor of New York who appointed Ally to establish the Office of Trade and Investment in Istanbul, Turkey where she promoted business and partnerships with New York State exporters. Thereafter, The British government’s “UK Trade and Investment” agency invited her to work as the Managing Director of Central Asia and the South Caucasus where she was in charge of setting up and managing the business development structure for twenty-two Trade Commissioners within the region. She finally returned home to New York where she worked for Costa Rica’s Trade Office in NY promoting the digital and services sector of Costa Rican companies in the US.

When not working, Ally enjoys creating abstract and mixed media art. As a Board Member of the Babylon Citizens Council on the Arts, she works to provide artists with a platform to showcase their art. She loves her two dogs and flew four rescue cats back from Istanbul to New York to live happily ever after.

Sculptor and Artist, Fatih SENTURK, was known for his creativity and fabrication since he was a child.  He was only 17 years old when he created a model of the house he designed and dreamed of in his high school years. Years later, when he brought this dream house to life, he became famous in the local press for his creativity. With the spread of social media, he gained a considerable follower base interested in his talent, passion, and new works of art.

As of 2024, he is one of the founding partners of Mycelium Designs.

Tolga Kurtaran, who became interested in the working principles of robots at an early age, has always been a person who made a difference in his circle of friends with his small-scale projects that he produced with his own efforts. Thanks to his studies in the field of animatronics, he joined the Mycelium Designs team and managed to show his technical knowledge and experience in perfect harmony with art. Tolga Kurtaran answers the question of how to make art with technology in a professional way. Currently, as the founding partner of Mycelium Designs, which is taking firm steps in our country and the world, he continues to add life to our works with his creative ideas.

Burak Sever, who took steps to realize himself with his creative and dynamic character at every age throughout his life, has always continued to grow his interest in art. Burak Sever has brought a new breath to his passionate hobby, macrame art. In 2019, he started selling his designs and created the AyisigiArt brand and managed to place hundreds of his designs on the walls of distinguished venues. His understanding of art, which is beyond the ordinary in macrame designs, has added a dimension to macrame art. After meeting Fatih SENTURK, he produced joint works belonging to the bohemian lifestyle and produced unique works and they decided to merge the Mycelium Designs-Ayisigi ART brands and continue on their path. He continues his career as a project manager and designer for the Mycelium Designs family.

Veysel is the youngest member of our team, actively taking part in all departments of Mycelium Designs and assisting the Mycelium Designs team. With his dynamic structure, he makes a great contribution to Mycelium Designs by ensuring that the team is always energetic. He provides solutions to facilitate the most effective and correct use of all the facilities of the workshop, ensuring that the team is more motivated and concentrated in every job during the production process of the works we create. Veysel Uz continues his career as the team leader of the Mycelium Designs team, which is growing every day.
